Cynthia T. Rae Lusk is the Business Operations Manager and Paraplanner for both Desmond Wealth Management and Desmond Consulting Group.

Cynthia is the main point of contact for all clients engaged in our investment, financial planning, or tax accounting services. Having complete and accurate financial information is essential in building any plan, and Cynthia manages the important process of gathering your financial data and then drives the ongoing process of monitoring each client’s custom implementation steps necessary to achieve their financial and life goals. Cynthia also manages operations, compliance issues, and IRS resolutions.

Cynthia graduated from Lincoln Law School with a Juris Doctorate and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from CSU, Chico. Cynthia is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent having unlimited practice rights before the IRS.
